Sea fishing point accessible by public transportation near Seoul, Korea

 

 

If you get off at "Choji Station" of Subway Line 4
You can take the "bus 123" to "Sihwanarae Rest Area "

 

You can see the sea from the bus

 

 

 

 

 

When you get off at "Sihwa Narae Rest Area", you will find a nice observatory and rest area.

 

Here you can relax with a good view.

 

 

 

At the west end of "Sihwanarae Rest Area" is a fishing shop.
You can easily refill your gear and bait at this fishing shop.

 

 

 

Note:
The slope to the sea is quite steep.
The rock is quite slippery.
Be sure to climb down in a low position wearing hiking boots and gloves.

The floor is jammed a lot
It is recommended to use long distance casting equipment or floating equipment.

 

 

 

 

 

 

When you arrive, you'll be amazed at how many people are fishing.

I arrived at 8 o'clock in the evening and started fishing
I'm targeting Rockfish (Korean name: Uruk), and I usually catch well at night.

My main gear is a 0.2PE line telescopic fishing rod, jig head and lugworm.

When you throw as far as you can at low tide,
There were a lot of good decent rockfish.










As the tide comes in, the scaffold disappears,
I ate an instant "ramen" at the rest area and rested for a while.



I started fishing again after the water was up







At high tide, small rockfish come out of a stone in front of my feet.



I grabbed one, sat back at the rest area and slept for a while.





















I went fishing again in the morning when I started to swing.

Small greenlings (Korean name: Nor reami) responded.



The mouth still comes but does not eat well.

At 6:30 in the morning, I returned on the first bus "Bus 123".

It was fun.

I think I caught six rockfish and let them go.

In the summer "Sihwa embankment" after sunset,
Planktons glow beautifully with blue luminous

Every time the beach is waved or shocked, it glows blue.

It wasn't shot properly on the camera, but it actually looks brighter.
